Rep Rewards & Recognition
Course Reps are vital in improving the experience of students at University. Worcester Students' Union is committed to rewarding and recognising our student leaders for all the hard work and contributions they put in outside of their own studies for the improvement of their course, learning environment and overall student experience.
Throughout the year all Reps are encouraged to engage with our reward and recognition scheme, whereby each contribution you make within your role will all be accredited and equate to a level awarded at the end of the year with an accompanying certificate.
Based on participation, Reps can record certain activities related to the role as a Rep through the academic year that will equate to a Bronze, Silver or Gold award at the end of the year!

Recognising our Reps Monthly
Every month students and staff will be able to nominate Reps to win Course/Department Rep of the Month for the contributions they make toward the improvement of their course via the online nomination form found here.

Towards the end of the Academic Year, we recognise both Course & Department Reps who have gone above and beyond in their roles, we shortlist our reps and then invite them to attend our SU awards evening where we will announce the winners for Course/Department Rep of the Year Award.
